In this information package you will receive four documents telling you what questions to ask your water or sewage utility company regarding sewage, drainage, and flooding issues associated with the property you are investigating. These documents are called Drainage, Property Valuation, Sanitary Sewers, and Miscellaneous.

You also receive a document that explains the various spray painted markings on the ground and what they mean.
